A few words about me

Thank you for taking a look at my page. My name is Sylva and I was born in Brno, Czech Republic. As a child, I was a modern gymnast and a diligent student. I studied finance and numbers dominated my next professional life. I have a loving family, a wonderful daughter and husband and a few real friends.

A few years ago, I began to fulfill my dream. To paint my feelings, I allowed myself to escape from everyday reality, to depict my perception of the world. I love the smell of paint as well as dirty hands and the sound of a brush painting on canvas. One is only here for a while and should not miss a single moment without trying to do what one desires.

If my paintings bring harmony and peace to your vicinity, my dream has come true.

My paintings were exibited in Rome, Bratislava and Prague. There are permanent exibitions in Prague Centrum asistované reprodukce, Praha (ferticare.eu) and in Neurorehabilitační centrum ASTRA | Úvodní stránka (astraklinika.cz)

I am very happy that my paitings helps :-). I am cooperating with predcasnenarozenedeti.cz Foudation for early born children and their families since its very beginning. I was involved in the beneficiary evening with Mrs. Kateřina Kněžíková and Mr. Adam Plachetka in Žofín Palace in 2019. Whole amount of sold paintings was dedicated to the Fondation for early born children.
